The hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside, but the room was spacious and convenient for buying food. The service was nice overall with friendly and helpful staff. The location felt safe and was close to a metro station, although there were junkies outside which was a bit concerning. The dining options were limited with no vegetarian choices available. The facilities provided were adequate.
Being close to the Zocalo and market for buying food was convenient, but dealing with the very strong cigarette smoke smell was unpleasant. The service varied from amusing shouting matches at 6 am to friendly and helpful staff. The location was close to the city center but had some safety concerns. The dining experience was lacking options and service. Facilities were decent but could use improvement.
